Jelani smiled when she was spotted, and quickly after she had the dog bouncing her way with the stick in his jaws, eager to get her into the game as well. She had just about time to set her book down before her was by her feet and placing the stick in her lap.
"Hey there, ya mangy mutt," she grinned, rubbing one of his ears before taking the stick and throwing it, Van immediately running after it.
