Johnny cocked his head, not sure if he'd missed something. Wylie hadn't seemed like he wanted to reveal much even with the offer of questions, so Johnny had decided to take their conversation back to familiar waters. Now he was kicking himself for missing a signal.
Johnny grinned before he could stop himself and reached up to scratch the back of his neck. "Work for it, huh? I'm assuming that's not just a euphemism for foreplay?"
